Integration - Unit Training

Getting to know the team takes time. 

My plan was to visit them at all their major training sites. 

9 site visits

6 months

1 week each. 

Grand total = off-site for 2 ¼ months, or 33%

The CO gave me his blessing, and applauded my ambitious schedule.

Due to COVID, I made it to three... of nine.

The Middle Gate Restaurant serves a burger as depicted in the picture. 

Not going to tell you how many guys failed to finish it, and then ran outside to puke.
